Saya ingin kemukakan masalah yang dihadapi penduduk di Apartment Sri Rakyat Bukit Jalil.
Pertama: Kedai-kedai mengambil tempat parking kereta dan menaruk kerusi meja sehingga tiada tempat meletak kereta. Disini ada 4 kedai makan. Bayangkan jika satu kedai mengambil 6-7 petak kereta. Saya berharap pihak Dato dan DBKL terutamanya memantau dan mengambil tindakan keras terhadap perkara ini atas sebab penduduk sudah tak tahan dgn kerenah tuan punya tuan punya kedai kedai ini.

Kedua: Kedai-kedai makan ini membuang sisa-sisa makanan kedalam longkang-longkang ditengah-tengah bangunan perumahan kami. Bau dan kotoran ini semua menyumbat saluran air yang menyumbang kepada pembiakaan nyamuk ades yang sudah banyak kes disini.

Ketiga: Kedai-kedai disini mengambil pekerja-perkerja pendatang haram dan juga apartment disini dihuni 60% pendatang haram. Mini Jakarta lah jadinya. Diminta dari pihak Dato untuk menghantar pihak DBKL, Immigresen dan jabatan bertanggung-jawab untuk mengambil tindakan sewajarnya. Pendatang-pendatang haram disini mengatakan bahawa pihak polis pun melindungi mereka dengan syarat. Ramai peronda polis disini tetapi sedihnya tiada apa tindakan barangkali syarat yang diberi dipatuhi pendatang-pendatang ini.

Bela lah pihak kami yang tiada tempat lagi untuk mengadu Dato.Rakyat sentiasa dibelakangmu!

I really hope you can help me, as a concerned citizen having been residing at No. 9, Jalan Canderai 3, Taman Lucky, Bangsar,59100 KL for 2years since year 2009, I have noticed a few disturbing problems which I hoped can be solved by DBKL.

1. There is an informal rubbish dump site at the junction of the back lane right 
   opposite my house&#039;s front gate. I feel very uneasy as people throw all types of 
   rubbish be it big or small, from litter, boxes to big furniture, mattress etc.
   I frequently call tel: 03 92060206 to inform the staff there to make arrangement 
   for clearing of the mess. I thanked them for the work done but this will take 
   quite a while. In delaying clearing of rubbish turn to be a breeding ground of 
   aedes mosquito and unhygienic environment. I also noticed that there willbe a lot
   more of the rubbish being dumped at an even faster rate as soon as the first sight     
   dumping was found.
   I sincerely hope that DBKL authority will take an effective action in                                                  
   the problem and hopefully, this little dump site can be terminated and transformed 
   into planting of bushes as landscape.

2. There are two(2) very tall and old trees which were planted 36 years ago, at the               
   side of my house (on the Jalan Canderai Side). One of the main branches( for both
   trees also) have grown inward into the territory of our house(into the garden). I     
   worried that the huge branches will break and fall when strike by lightning which 
   will cause danger and damage to our property. The tree trimming team came recently
   and only did a couple of fine trimming on the tree. The real hazard is till 
   prevailing and distressing us. 
   I wish to appeal to DBKL authority that these old trees be felled down for safety 
   safety reason. (Or at least cut to seven(7)feet tall, leveled to our fencing wall 
   please).

I thank the Mayor and DBKL authority for allowing me a space for the above-
mentioned and wish to receiving happy reply soon.

saya salah seorg penduduk di seksyen 1 wangsa maju setapak,Ingin membuat 3 aduan tentang masalah yg kami melanda di
kawasan kediaman kami.
Aduan-
-coper strip tidak dipasang (sila rujuk gambar)
-kucing berkeliaran di kawasan rumah.

1)Pada bulan mac 2010,Rumah-rumah DBKL telah di tukar bumbung atap,kami mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih atas jasa baik
tuan menukar bumbung atap tetapi mengapakah coper strip tidak di pasang balik?Adakah akan di pasang balik?kami jugak telah 
terima aduan dari jiran block kami tentang pekara sedemikian,secara jelas 1 unit di kawasan block A telah dipanah petir dan
telah kerugian sebayak RM5000 lebih,ingin memita jasa baik Tuan  utntuk mengambil tidakan segera tentang masalah ini.
2)Pada suatu masa pihak DBKL telah menangkap kucing2 di sekitar kawan perumahan wangsa maju.Tetapi segelintir penduduk 
telah membayar Rm 80 untuk mengambil balik kucing pembelaan mereka.mengapakah pihak DBKL telah memberi balik kucing2 
pembelaan mereka setelah membayar kompaun sedemikian.Adakah wajar?setiap kali semasa penduduk pergi ke kerja tidak 
mendapat tahan bau najis kucing sekitar tangga dan tempat letak kenderaan motosikal.apakah tindakan yg boleh di ambil 
untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini?

		<description>nak tahu status parking di stesen lrt bandar tasik selatan adakah permohonan memperbaharui lesen telah di lakukan kerana masih ada pekerja mengutip wang parking dan harga berubah ubah setiap hari. untuk makluman sebelum ini saya dapati pihak berkenaan mengutip wang tanpa lesen yang sah selama beberapa bulan dan sepatutnya jika tiada lesen mereka tidak boleh membuat kutipan.</description>

Saya bersama 4 anak tinggal di PPR SRI RAKYAT Bandar Bukit Jalil .

Masalah kami  di Sri Rakyat sini adalah kekurangan tempat letak kereta , biasanya kita perlu parking di tepi jalan 14/155C ,Bandar Bukit Jalil.

Jln 14/155C adalah jalan dua hala beradakan di depan PPR Sri Rakyat dan Jalil Damai Apartment.

Masalah kami kini yang terpenting ialah ketakutan Pasar Malam yang akan operasi di Jln 14/155C.

Dato ,

Semua Penghuni tidak setuju Projek Pasar Malam ini. Tetapi Kami nampak ada pengawai dari DBKL datang sini untuk mempetakkan Pasar Malam.

Kami sangat risau pasar malam membawa kesesatan di Jln 14/155c .

Penduduk dari PPR Sri Rakyat dan Pangsapuri Jalil Damai sudah membuat bantahan dan aduan kepada DBKL ,tetapi tunggu sampai sekarang ,masih tidak ambil tindakan yang segera.

I HAVE ALREADY CALLED BIRO PENGADUAN AWAM T.MURUGIA&#039;S OFFICE!!!! i am going to give them ALL the names who i spoke to regarding the barrier!!!!!!!!! i hope all of you get the sack for making us suffer!!!!!!!!!!! we have kids having major exams and they cant study!!!!!!the sound is SOOOOO BAD that we are suffering from headaches,HEALTH PROBLEMS and migraines bcoz of this problem!!!!!



TO RAJA NONG CHIK: We are residents of Persiaran Bukit Setiawangsa (more than 300).i sent you an email a few months ago regarding our sufferings.LLM promised us a sound barrier by November.so far nothing has been done .we have been suffering for almost 4 years (3 years for constructing the highway and since January when it opened to public).The noise and sound is unbearable and LLM knows it!!!!i invite you to come and see for yourself the amount of noise we have to bear with!!please take my complaint seriously.i don&#039;t think i need to contact the prime minister to solve this problem.every highway should come with a sound barrier where there are houses!!! look into our problem A.S.A.P!</description>

		<description>RM15mil block coming up next to Keramat Mall

AN additional RM15mil will be spent on constructing a five-storey block next to the just-completed RM56mil Keramat Mall modern market building at Datuk Keramat in Kuala Lumpur.

Federal Territories Minister Raja Datuk Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin announced this after a closed-door meeting with the Datuk Keramat Hawkers and Petty Traders Association at the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). Also present was Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail.

According to Nong Chik, the RM15mil will include the cost of land acquisition, of which the identified lots are currently occupied by workshops near the Keramat Mall.

“This annex extension will be a five-storey building, with the ground floor used for the wet market and the other four floors for parking,” he said.

“The DBKL is increasing the number of parking bays to about 600 lots so that traders, customers and those using the multi-purpose hall have enough parking spaces,” Nong Chik said.

There are currently only over 200 parking bays while the market is designed to house 448 business units, that include wet market stalls, shoplots and a food court, with facilities like a hall, bank, and post office.

There are about 124 wet market traders at the existing Datuk Keramat market, who would be housed inside the new annex building only in about three years time. Meanwhile, the wet market traders are still allowed to trade at the existing site.

However, as there are not enough stalls for all wet market traders, some of them would be housed at the completed main building.

“This means more traders can come in and which gives more people the opportunity to earn an income,” he said.

Nong Chik and Fuad had last month visited the market building for a walkabout and to listen to feedback from the traders association.

The walkabout had exposed several weaknesses and problems which Nong Chik said he would discuss with the DBKL to rectify.

The modern complex has been a long-standing issue after its construction was delayed and traders who were supposed to move in had been reluctant to do so, citing that their demands were not met and that they were unhappy with certain features.

The DBKL has proposed to make several changes to the facilities provided.

Nong Chik said, meanwhile, that the dry market traders might have to move in by October after the Hari Raya festive season. The drawing of lots is in August.

This would involve some 297 operators for the dry market, shoplot units and food court. “The government has spent a lot of money building this place and we have to make sure these assets are well-utilised,” Nong Chik said.

He said the traders had asked for a lower rental, and the request was being considered.

“We are determined to make this market successful, which is why we have to spend more,” Nong Chik said.</description>

<p>AN additional RM15mil will be spent on constructing a five-storey block next to the just-completed RM56mil Keramat Mall modern market building at Datuk Keramat in Kuala Lumpur.</p>
<p>Federal Territories Minister Raja Datuk Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin announced this after a closed-door meeting with the Datuk Keramat Hawkers and Petty Traders Association at the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL). Also present was Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail.</p>
<p>According to Nong Chik, the RM15mil will include the cost of land acquisition, of which the identified lots are currently occupied by workshops near the Keramat Mall.</p>
<p>“This annex extension will be a five-storey building, with the ground floor used for the wet market and the other four floors for parking,” he said.</p>
<p>“The DBKL is increasing the number of parking bays to about 600 lots so that traders, customers and those using the multi-purpose hall have enough parking spaces,” Nong Chik said.</p>
<p>There are currently only over 200 parking bays while the market is designed to house 448 business units, that include wet market stalls, shoplots and a food court, with facilities like a hall, bank, and post office.</p>
<p>There are about 124 wet market traders at the existing Datuk Keramat market, who would be housed inside the new annex building only in about three years time. Meanwhile, the wet market traders are still allowed to trade at the existing site.</p>
<p>However, as there are not enough stalls for all wet market traders, some of them would be housed at the completed main building.</p>
